Here are the contents of my fridge together with an ever-present bowl of crispy apples and fresh oranges.

In the door, which unfortunately is unclear, is a carton of opened soya milk and a carton of skimmed goat’s milk.
The beneficial points of what I eat, including the advantages of, for example, water buffalo meat, will be explained early next week.
